Return and Refund Policy

If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with clear, well lit photos taken at the time of unboxing by emailing us at cheyan@cheydplantlady.com

Return Policy
We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, changing of the mind, or other similar circumstances.

Plant Rescue Box Policy
Plants obtained through the Plant Rescue Box initiative are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements, unless plants are covered by Route Shipping Protection. Photos at time of unboxing are required, and we must be notified within 12 hours of delivery. Missed delivery attempts void this policy. 

Refund Policy
Our plants are guaranteed for a period of 10 days after delivery with UPS 2 Day or Next Day Air services. 

We do not compensate for damage that is considered normal or or reasonable during transit such as (but not limited to.):
  • Damaged leaves.
  • A small amount of loss in foliage.
  • Minor amounts of root rot.
The plant(s) must remain uncut, or not further have their root system disturbed, unless explicitly directed to do so by CheyDPlantLady, for at least 10 days after accepted delivery.

Failure to adhere to this will render the guarantee null and void.
Failure to adhere to any care advice given will render the policies null and void.
Failure to receive delivery on first attempt renders all policies null and void.
Route Shipping Protection
Insurance to protect your order is available as an add on at checkout. In order for your order to be COVERED for loss, damage, and theft, it must be purchased at the time of ordering. Claims are filed directly through Route.
