Returns are accepted at the buyer’s expense.
We DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any plants obtained through Plant Rescue Boxes.
If there is a problem with your order please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via email at cheyan@cheydplantlady.com. Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
In the event that you are sent the incorrect item, no need to send it back, consider it a gift! The correct item will be sent at no additional shipping charge to the buyer. Photographic evidence may be required to be qualify for such replacement.
Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state.
