SHIPPING POLICY
By placing an order through our website, you consent to be bound by this shipping policy and other legal pages appearing anywhere on www.cheydplantlady.com
Your placing of order is subject to our acceptance of the offer. We will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to notify you if your order was approved or rejected.
We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you in any given situation.
If you decide to modify or cancel your order, you can easily do so by sending an email to cheyan@cheydplantlady.com.
You are required to give us at least 48 hours notice before the requested order date as orders cannot be canceled or modified within 48 hours from order date. Changes to delivery address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge.
Shipments Are Delivered via USPS Priority Mail and Priority Express, or UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day services. (“Third Party Carrier”)
Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless they qualify for free shipping.
Our damage liability for the package ends once it has been released to the mail courier.
Delays in transit, loss in transit, theft after delivery, and damages caused by mishandling must be handled with USPS through claims filed by the buyer. UPS Claims are filed through us.
We do not ship to P.O Box addresses. Please ensure that you have included complete address, including apartment, unit, or room number in the delivery address, if applicable.
At this time, Plants delivered by USPS or UPS are only available for delivery in the United States. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday. Sunday delivery is available during select holidays.
A signature is not required to receive your package; the carrier may leave the package if no one is available to accept the delivery.
Orders are expected to be delivered on or before the selected delivery date unless unforeseen delays beyond our control arises, such as courier delays.
During peak periods such as holidays, festivals or events, our customer service agents may not be able to provide delivery confirmation in timely order. However, we assure you that our team is working hard to get your orders delivered within the scheduled timeframe.
If the recipient is not found at home / office, your order will be delivered to the neighbors, or security, or reception (in case of offices), your order will be considered as delivered and we will not be liable for any damage or loss of items.
If recipient's number is unavailable, incorrect, or not responding, the delivery of your package may not be possible and as such the recipient is obligated to collect the order from our delivery center within 24 hrs from scheduled delivery time.
If the delivery is "refused by recipient", the order will be considered as "delivery attempted" and no refund / change of order is acceptable in this case unless in cases where the delivery arrived damaged.
